AMA’s Mission Statement is simple:

We are Actors managing Actors, developing our marketability in fields of the Arts by using our strengths collectively to open doors that may be closed to us as individuals. Our business is to represent and successfully promote the highest quality talent and provide professionals to those who request our services. Actors Management Agency is an organization that demands individual growth and continually vies to be well respected in the Entertainment Community.

What are the benefits of Partnering with Actors Management Agency?

AMA provides our clients with a bilateral contract. AMA has designed the contract to be open for you, the Talent. Working with AMA, does not limit you to working solely with one agent; you are permitted to have as many agents you believe will promote your career.

By signing with AMA, you will receive a posting on “L.A. Casting” and “Actors Access,” the two primary web-sites casting directors look to when staffing their projects.

AMA does not require any “up-front” fees from our clients in order to engage in a representative relationship.

The contract between AMA and our clients is revocable at any time. If you decide that AMA is not handling your representation to your expectations, you are not obligated to remain with AMA.

Actors Management Agency (AMA) was established with one focus… You the Actor! We are Actors managing Actors. We understand the hurdles and headaches you have faced with casting calls and the traditional agency-client relationships. As actors first, we understand your concerns. Let us represent you and revolutionize the way casting gets done.

PIPE DREAMS ENTERPRISES

Pipe Dreams Enterprises, Inc. is a blossoming production company and independent record label based out Los Angeles, CA. Committed to the furthering and support of the arts in the United States and we strive to present the public with a refreshing and entirely new perspective on music, art, and media. Every project that is born from our company comes from a place of pure creativity and artistic expression. We also constantly strive to create art that is unique and different. We always hope to break new barriers with what we do. What about marketing? We here at Pipe Dreams Enterprises understand that marketing is important. People won’t buy a product if they don’t feel they need it. That being said, it is apparent that the market has become flooded with a wash of uninteresting and uninspired art, music, television, film, and media. The focus has leaned so much to the side of business, that many of the front runners in entertainment are selling products that have lost all creativity and inspiration. It is no longer art, merely a product on the shelf. We are finding that people still respond to well done art. If it is artistic, beautiful, and well put together, the public responds to it. If it strikes a chord with someone, they want to have it, listen to it, purchase it, share it with their friends. The public is not concerned with whether or not something fits into a category. They are not concerned with how to classify it. They aren’t concerned with the demographic it appeals to. They either like it or they don’t. And while those factors shouldn’t be ignored by the producing party, they should not overrule the overall quality of the art being produced. If it doesn’t resonate in the soul, it will be forgotten. This is our mantra here at Pipe Dreams Enterprises………produce quality art that is inspired, creative, and most importantly………unique and different. We stand out in a crowd.

Allow us to present our current primary project,:

SONIC IMPULSE - Cerebral Bagpipe Rock Electronica slapping your face!!

www.hearsonicimpulse.com

Screaming bagpipes, gritty vocals, explosive guitars, infectious beats, and ethereal electronic soundscapes dominate your senses as you enter the light saturated world that is SONIC IMPULSE. The debut album, “Pipe Dreams” is a simultaneously blissful and angst-ridden journey through sound. A diverse collection of celtic, electronica, rock, jazz, and world sounds to serve as the perfect backdrop for the action in your next film, commercial, episodic, industrial, radio spot, or project. The album is currently available on CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon, and Amiestreet.

Get tips from Ed Gillow "How to Make Money with your Script"

How to Write and Sell A Screenplay

Part 1: So you want to write a screenplay?

By Ed. Gillow

Say you have wanted to write a screenplay but are not sure how to get started. Or, you have written a screenplay but do not know how to market it. This seven-part series is designed to address these questions and more.

The good news is that Hollywood needs good screenplays. This was one of the most uplifting ideas I heard when attending Robert McKee’s Story Seminar recently. McKee travels the world to help new and veteran screenwriters to create screenplays that sell. Make no mistake, you have competition. Yet if you are willing to put in the effort you can separate yourself from the rest of the crowd.

One of the first things you should ask yourself is, why do I want to write a screenplay? Is it to make money? To have fun? To see if you can do it?
